Production time

Every poster is printed to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

We print with local production partners in over 30 countries, so your poster usually ships from a facility near you. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can always check status on the order tracking page.

Returns & refunds

Because each poster is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or errors in the design you submitted (such as a typo in a label or an unintended map area).

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will reprint or refund it free of charge. Email orders@mapteek.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email address and a photo of the issue.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
